Traffic. Parking. Starbucks. What EAV has going for it is that now, for a brief shining moment, it looks like L5P and Candler Park USED to in the 80s.<BR/><BR/>I'd be really suspicious of such "compromise." Already the area is completely unaffordable for artists and writers. Faux kitsch lurks... witness the mall where the Atlanta Gas parking lot used to be.<BR/><BR/>What they ought to be building, if anything, is small, AFFORDABLE, detached housing that uses traditional architecture.
